My career has seen me work for a blue chip company (Intel) and small businesses, moving from finance into marketing (living in Germany) to account management and business development roles.
I’ve also led initiatives to enable change with my customers. I enjoy working with senior people and their teams, partnering together to deliver results and that continues now that I’m self employed. I’m working with personal clients and organisations and see myself as a thinking partner for individuals to maximise their potential and enabling them to grow.
I’ve been an approved facilitator for a blue chip companys internal coaching programme and have mentoring experience supporting the learning and growth of participants in coaching training programmes. Current clients include Innovate UK, working with SMEs, large companies and academia to enable government funded R&D projects to maximise ROI. I’m providing leadership, guidance and facilitation to enable project success. And not forgetting I’m co-owner and Director of House of Elliot with my wife, running an e-Commerce business.

Benefits of Working With Me

“The coaching helped me to change my attitude towards [name removed]. This has enabled me to have a much more positive relationship with [name removed] and a happier life in general. I’ve also learnt that I can affect positive change… The coaching helped me to think through the causes of the issues and the tangible actions I could take to address them. My observation is that having a plan to tackle the issues meant I had a much more positive mindset which in and of itself goes a long way to solving them”
– Marketing Director

I have to say it has been very beneficial, and I’m pretty impressed with the coaching sessions we had. It really cleared many things in my mind and helped me think more about the big picture of things. I have my priorities quite clear now in terms of a new job and the steps I need to take. Also, I’ve been having much more success using the positive communication style that we discussed in the last session.”
– Marketing Manager

“Having a dedicated hour to think through things properly. Discussing things with someone who is completely independent and non-judgmental. Being prodded and poked to keep questioning and thinking more deeply about things. I did generally find the coaching difficult at times as I am not used to sharing that much with others, but found that even though I was often not very excited about a session coming up, I would always leave feeling very excited about the solutions and new learnings.”

Don’t Just Take My Word For It – Hear From Some Of My Satisfied Customers:

“We were always very specific about what I would do between the sessions to work on the issues discussed. This meant I actually worked on solving the problems rather than just talking about them.Andrew asked questions that helped me to really think through the problems, to take a step back and work out what I really wanted and what I could do differently to approach them.”
– Business Manager

“Andrew created an open space with his presence and listening skills. His coaching created a safe place that helped me to think deeply, while his questions raised my awareness and challenged me to test my assumptions and limiting beliefs.”
– Leadership Coach

“You have the ability to remain focused on outcome, resilient to being distracted by unproductive chatter. Building on this, you offer your reflections, offering insights into deeper levels of meaning that help move the client towards the contacted outcome.”

“Certitude and confidence to follow that which I know to be correct (and true for me). I feel a sense of calm confidence. I have lost the urgent ‘I must tell you this!’ or ‘my way is better and this is why!’ stance or attitude that has burdened much of my career to date”
– Architect

“I have explored new solutions to problems and have implemented many of these in practice. This has given me more comfort around the course of action I finally decided on for a number of things. The coaching has helped me to realise that spending the time to think things through properly and to think widely leads to better solutions…I catch myself out when I am only seeing the negative or development points in others. I am now aware that I do often make assumptions, especially about people and what they are thinking and how they will react to situations.”
